Lauryn is a native of Chelsea, AL. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University in 2022 and went on to earn her Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also holds a certification in Low Vision Rehabilitation. Lauryn has experience across a variety of pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient clinics, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation. She is passionate about working with children with visual impairments and developmental delays and has served clients with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays. Lauryn values a collaborative, family-centered approach and is dedicated to promoting independence through creative, individualized care.

Outside of work, Lauryn enjoys reading, needlepoint, and spending time at the lake with her family. She is recently engaged to her fiancé, Josh, and is a proud cat mom to Ozzy. As a lifelong Auburn fan, she enjoys cheering on the Tigers whenever she can. War Eagle!
